Cancellation policy:
One night deposit is required and will be charged to your debit or credit card, during the month of your stay. If reservation is cancelled less then 72 hours before arrival date, the first night will not be refundable.

Group bookings:
We do not accept hen or stag parties, any such bookings made, will be refused entry on arrival. For group booking please contact us by e mail or telephone.

Check- in:
Check-in is from 11.30am if the room is available or if not we are happy to look after your luggage till the room is available. Check out time is 11.00am

Make sure that you state the arrival time and your mobile number when you book, if the arrival time is later then 17.00, please let us know in advance.

Child policy:
We are unable to accept children less than 10 years.
