Sleeps 2, plus cot, 1 bedroom. Well equipped kitchen with ample work and storage space, a gas hob and electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Spacious very pretty sitting/dining room with low oak beams, dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and radio.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bath, handbasin, shower and toilet.

Bedlinen and towels provided. The cottage has full gas central heating charged at cost in the winter. Electricity inclusive. Small private patio behind the cottage with garden furniture. Sorry not suitable for pets. Ample parking area beside the cottage. Clients are requested to refrain from smoking in the cottage. Mountain bike storage on request.
